Trying to eat healthier, so I'm cutting back on eating late at night. But sometimes it sucks because I get hungry :o

I sometimes drink water to 'fill me up', but what do you do? Just not think about it, or go to sleep or what?

What’s so healthy about not eating at night? That just means your body will be catabolic for longer when you go to sleep.

Even when I cut, I usually eat something. Usually something like cottage cheese and yogurt. And if I’m bulking, I’ll through a bunch of carbs in there too.

I usually just drink a shake around bedtime, with my last meal a couple of hours before that.

a shake is good before bed is good no matter what you're doing. If you're like me and you just have to be eating or doing something, sunflower seeds are great. Or beef jerky. Just use some smarts.

Its all about waking up with a stomach ache, and that first sip of coffee that sends your bowels into a fit of rage....
