I am replacing my mobo and processor with the ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 Socket 939 Motherboard and the AMD Athlon 64 3700+ San Diego processor. The computer will turn on and the fans will blow, but nothing else will happen. My monitor just stays in the idle mode and won't flip on. I'm guessing that one of the components is bad and that's why it's not working. Does anyone have a good way of telling? I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to building. Thanks.
