i squat like that, only because I have a super power gut
good stretches for this kind of flexibility?
The "pigeon" hit my hips and glutes pretty well. In to learn more stretches that target the hips.
Read on a diff forum that he died of alcohol poisoning.
shrink a foot and have stubby legs.
I found light overhead squats while just focusing on getting deep helped my hip flexibility quite a bit.
looks like they are 4' tall. it might help
damn i guess all those short guys in the other thread were right... i wish i were short
i can do full OH squats no problem with really good form. but its hard to get that form to transfer to back squats
When I was doing full olypic squats it really helped me to keep a belly full of air. Also, looking forward helped stay upright, not sure why.

and yea those brahs look shorter than a barefoot BDR
they dont look THAT short. plus i dont think that matters that much.
i've been doing this stretch for about 2 weeks now and it's helped A LOT with my tight hips
usually do like 2 sets of 8 reps and hold it for a good 3-5 seconds while in the hole
i just like to point out short people.
how much weight is that????????
