    With Vista already installed?

I've got a spare drive I want to put XP on. I had it setup before but I fucked something up and ended up only having Vista. A friend told me I had to install XP first then Vista to be able to dual boot.

    Hook me up OT :o

You can dual boot with xp and vista with vista first, you just need to restore the vista bootloader and add an entry for windows XP into that. Go through the normal procedure of installing windows XP. When you first boot into XP download and install easyBCD or vistabootpro. You should be able to reinstall the vista bootloader and have an entry for XP.
