I've been doing this same 6 day workout for a few weeks now and I'm seeing pretty good results, I feel like there's something I could be missing though, anything stand out that I should be doing in addition or anything on here that's just a waste of time?

    M: Legs, Back
    Squats / Deadlift
    Abs
    Leg Press / Back Extensions
    Abs
    Lunges / DB Row
    Abs
Leg Extensions / Leg Curls / Calf Raises / Seated Row
    Abs

    T: Chest, Arms, Shoulders
Flat DB press / Preacher Curl / Skull Crushers / Seated Military Press
    Wrist Curls + Abs
Incline DB press / Standing DB curl / Standing DB French Curl / DB Shrugs
    Wrist Curls + Abs
Decline BB Press / Bi machine / Tri machine / Lat Machine
    Wrist Curls + Abs

W: Running (Sprints, Agilities, 2 mi)

    Th: Repeat Monday

    Fr: Repeat Tuesday

    Sat: Repeat Wednesday

    Sun: And then he rested

I do 4 mi runs on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and night. I've thought about substituing dips for the tri machine but I'm usually so dead by that point that I can't do hardly any, I can always move them up to the first circuit though. Have also thought about doing the same with the lat-machine and pull-ups. Also, I'm 19 and it's summer so time is not a big issue.

    Advice? Thanks in advance

If you have a lot of time, which it sounds like you do, hop on the BB routine stickied up top... good shit, but make sure your diet is in order

so you're working each body part 2 times per week and doing the 2 hardest lifts on same day squats / deadlifts, i split my back and leg day up personally cause if i squat and deadlift together i end up puking everytime and getting light headed etc. your split sux imo
