How can I fix this?

    The pics didn't come out too well....I'll have to try again when it isn't so bright out. After a carwash those white marks are still there. It's a 2000 Trailblazer if that matters.

    2000 trailblazer? looks like a 4dr blazer/jimmy

    It's a blazer with some changes such as shifter in the console instead of on the steering column. I don't think too many were made.

    The 2000 and 2001s looked like a regular Blazer with some minor changes.

    I've had that same problem before, I used some light polish (Meguiar's #7) and it came right off. I think it was some kind of shit from water rolling off the rubber in the rain, not sure. :dunno:

    A simple polish should take it out.
