I need to burn some fat, I have an elliptical in our home. I've been readinga bit online and it seems like most people run about 45 minutes several times a week, I really don't have time to do that. What can I do? I work t-w-r-f 0830 to 2030 so on work days I seriously do not have 45 minutes to dedicate, I can work out 20-30 minutes a day 7 days a week or I can do 45 mintues on sat/sun/mon and not work out at all during the work week, by the time I drive home 30 mintues, eat, take care of the dogs, sleep, get ready, drive to work 45 mintues there isn't time left. Any options for a noobert? I guess the short question is it better to do small amounts 7 days a week or big amounts 3?
