I lift 3 days a week, try to do cardio 3 days a week (but its usually 2)
I eat pretty healthy, stay off of the sugar, but I still have some fat on top of the abs...
Should I just start doing abs everynight? Or do I have to cut carbs and shit like that?

I hope the above two people were just being asses and not serious. You are good if you are already doing cardio. If your problem is fat in the area, do more cardio and EAT RIGHT. If your problem is no fat but nothing to show, do different WEIGHTED (so there is resistance) ab exercises so there is RESISTANCE. 100 crunches a night will help but it wont do it if you get my drift. You need to pack on resistance so you can't do more than 16 of an excercise (ie not being able to do more than 12 reps of decline crunches w/ a 30 lb. dumbell on your pecs).

Wow you guys are stupid. So if I want a ripped chest by your logic, I will bench the bar 1,000 times a day.

OR should you not simply fatigue the muscle group by building lactic acid - diminishing muscle building potential, and giving no time for the muscle to repair it self... idiots.

Chill out bro, we're just messin around.

IMHO, 1000 is kinda steep, I'd recommend starting off at 800 a night, but then working up to between 6,000, then up to 8,000 a night once you get to the advanced stages (like 2-3 weeks in).

Derek.. 40,000 crunches a day? Thats pretty killer dude, most I've gotten was like 23k, but I ran out of time. You on animal pak? Cuz that's textbook animal intensity right there.

My bad I guess I am just not that great at readin sarcasm. But he does have a valid question I didn't see that much in FAQ. I just hate hearing people sayin they can spot train fat.

My chest is ripped as hell. I do Bb bench with just the bar usually 3 sets of 100. By the time I'm done I can no longer move.:noes:

you'll notice a feeling of hate to people on this forum that only train beach muscles, aiming for the skinny look, etc.
