how big should forearms be?

    to be in proportion the the rest of my arm. just wondering. my forearms are the same size as my upper arm (bicep area).

    Either your forearms are huge, or you got .22 cal's.
    They can be pretty close I suppose, but usually there's a couple inches difference.

    Im not that big anyway but both my upper arm and forearms are 14"

    Measure your forearms with your arms straight. When some bodybuilders give their measurement of forearms its measured that way,.

    My forearms are 12 inches, upper arm 16.25 inches.

    I don't work my forearms specifically and they have grown in proportion with the rest of my arm
