60lb DBs on a good day, and that's no joke. Not many people curling a lot more than 60% of their body weight.

consider yourself lucky. I'm sitting @ 14.5" :hs:

Actually, out of desperation I tried one of those "Add an Inch to your arms in 31 days" programs from bodybuilding.com and actually got .5" out of it.

The routine was basically 5 sets tri's and 5 sets bi's every Mon, Wed, Fri.

My arms are usually 16" but sometiems after a hard leg day or somethign they will go down to 15.5" its really weird. I'm 6'2" 203. My main problem is my biceps, so i started doing higher reps for them, like 10-15 just to see if anythign changes. It seems that there is more of a ball and they have grown a little. So maybe give that a try.

I dunno. If you weigh that much at that body percentage you should have bigger arms. Mine are 16.5 and I'm 5'9 around 175 today. I skull crush 65-75lbs and do dips with 25lbs. I think that you probably need to keep your elbows in more when doing triceps you may be working more of your bicep...

i used to curl heavy like 75-80's and 165 barbell, they were like 18 then. I stopped all that shit and learned to squeeze the muscle...I dont think I go over 45's now for 8-10 reps or over 120 bb. There 20 cold offseason and were 18 1/2 -19 in contest shape this year

Mine are 18.5 (pumped), I am with PurEvl on the benefits of using a 'controllable weight' and squeezing the muscle head(s). I typically use about 100lbs for bb and no more than 50lbs db (rep range 6-10)

    About 17"

I do a couple sets of curls now and then for bis and tris are normally a heavy compound movment followed by some higher rep BB stuff.

concentration + reps + excellent form = better arms. I get accused of 20's because of my 'Gods Peak'. :naughty:

edit: + only work arms in offseason as in bulking / not dieting.
