I need to take a month off at least due to injury. How bad will this affect my strength/muscle loss?
whatever you lose you should be able to gain back quickly. Just dont take more than a month cuz getting back into it might be tough. I know the first week back from taking time off sucks ass.
you'll lose some, but gain it back pretty quick.
