How bad is roti for carbs?

    I am currently only taking brown rice as my "main" source of carb's would like to get a feedback if anyone knows what a roti is and how bad is it to substitute for brown rice once in a while for carbs.

    I am taking oats in the morning and evening, just wanted to mix up the rice business with something for variety.

    rotis pretty carby. im not sure the specs cause obviously home made varies in size but its pure dough

    not that bad... 11g of carbs/2g protein per 7" radius
