I'm 24... currently 184lbs... I'd like to be at least 170 (a year ago I was 225). I've been keeping track of what I eat on fitday, riding my bicycle probably at least 4 days a week on varying terrain (some mountain biking, some road biking), just generally trying to get in shape... and it's working. Until Friday and Saturday come. Until I went out last night I had had about 1,000 cals... well 2 OJ&rum, 5 pbr's, a shot of tequila, and del taco (i know, i was really hammered ) probably put me well over the 3k mark. Tonight is a dance party with free alcohol (I think it's sponsored by Bacardi, so free rum&coke)... Anyways, I guess what I'm saying is... I LOVE to go out and have a good time, but are two days like this (minus the del taco... that was a bad mistake and I hadn't had fast food in quite a while before that) going to kill my progress? If it just slows my progress slightly, I'll put up with it... but I'm generally having about a 750 cal deficit a day. Are two days a week of alcohol (mainly, beer) going to kill my diet?
