ignore my overuse of 'light.' I'm just getting back into working out so I'm doing girly work out videos like The Firm and Walk Off the Pounds. By the time I get home I'm starving so I have a quesadilla that's like 200-300 cals (depends how big I make it and sometimes I have 2) and then I work out like 30 min later. After I work out I usually have some nuts and chocolate milk. Should I have a smaller snack before my w/o or is the quesadilla ok?
