how bad is it for me to drink heavily 3-4 times per week?

    I lift 6 days per week, about 90 minutes per day. I eat pretty clean, and eat huge volumes, since I'm fighting metabolism a bit.

    shouldnt drink heavy that much.. maybe on weekends. whats heavily? like 12 pack a day ahah? Heavy drinking here is like 26 or forties or hard liquor 12-18 beers..

    I'd say it's pretty bad. If not for weight training reasons, definitely for your overall health.

    hard to give an exact answer, it is not good but no one can really say well you are going to loose so much muscle per beer or per night drinking. Just evaluate it on your own.

    Just work out extra hard the next day and make sure to drink a lot of water before you go to bed and then in the morning. I do it every week and I still make consistant gains.

    How the fuck is it a waste? I'm not saying alcohol is necessary to have or anything, I just really don't see how it hurts you that much.

    There's this thing called hydration. You need it to be healthy.

    Drinking dehydrates you like nobodies business.
