bulking wise. i am trying to clean bulk as much as possible, trying to stay away from the fatty stuff.

Assuming you're not concerned with the possible negative health consequences of red meat in general, I dont see why ground beef would be a problem as long as you're taking into account the calories/fat/protein included :dunno:

depends on what you get 80/20 is bad...more fat the worse it is. Its all saturated fats too...worst fat ever.

I just picked up 5lbs of 99% fat free ground turkey for some turkey taco's...

but if you must get the beef, get the 93/7...unless you find fat free...I nevre could.

Like everything, ground beef is fine in moderation. And like filmy said, try to find the leanest GB, or better yet, make your own or go to a real butcher and have him ground some up for ya.

FYI in case you still want to go with steaks, get cuts with "loin" or "round" in the name - they are the leanest.

lean ground beef is lower in fat than most cuts of steaks if you can find 93% or even 95% lean.

Hey dumbass, you said saturated fats were the worst fat ever, you didn't say saturated fats were the worst fats found in ground beef ever.

There's many reasons I think you're stupid, it had nothing to do with pointing out the obvious you fucking moron, you said saturated fats were the worst fats ever, then when someone said trans fats were worse, you for no reason said that trans fats weren't in beef.
