like 4 night a week of .75 liters of alcohol?
i wouldn't know, but i don't think it's good in general at all, so it must be bad if you're trying to get healthier
the times when i stop drinking i see nice gains, but normally i drink like 3-5 nights a week, plenty when i do it... and the gains have been slow. so i'm no master but i'd say try to be good.
4 nights a week ... nice alcoholism.. if anything if ur really really serious about becoming big etc like some of the guys here.. cut back like 2 times a month binge drinking.. i drink everyweekend once-twice depending how much i drnak the first day but im gonna cut back maybe get a twelve pack for a weekend or just have a 6pack one day then a mickee where i drink the mickee on the 2nd day 2 weeks so 1 mickee/2 weeks 6pack/once a week

I can tell you from experience it hurt my weight gain, but not strength gains
you don't know that.
i'd say 4 nights a week is pretty bad. try and limit it to 1
my god this question is asked like 50 times a week.
most things in excess are bad. you are drinking in excess.
Why not just stop drinking for a couple months and see what happens?

4*.75!!!! thats insane. thats and average of like 10 drinks per day!!! holy fuck weight training aside thats just plain bad for your health dude. thats 3 liters of alcohol per week. im not sure how you don't have health problems already. id cut back to at least a quarter of that per week. just for health reasons alone regardless of what happens with your lifting. Thats just me though man.
.75 liters can be a lot or it can be not a lot, depends if you are drinking weak 3% beer or strong 55%by volume vodka straight
