How are my macros?

    Protein: 248
    Carbs: 212
    Calories: 2467
    Fat: 69
    (I only take 2 scoops of ON, everything else comes from food)

    I weight 215 at roughly 18% BF. Trying to get down to 10%.

    Any critique is greatly appreciated. :x:

    From what I've heard, I'd try to lower my carbs and increase fat content.

    Fat takes more energy to digest, is probably easier to regulate and doesn't give you the "carb bloat" of water retention.

    thats a good starting point, run it for a few weeks and monitor your weight. Adjust from there. If you dont seem to be losing or looking better then you may have to adjust, say bringing fats up and carbs even lower but going by these numbers you should see a good loss.

    It would take me forever to drop 8% w/that many cahbs. But everybody's different. :dunno:

    Mine look very similar to his and after been on and off working out and being sloppy I decide to try to focus on it a bit more seriously this time around and I have found that according to the mirror/pictures I am doing great (It's only been 30something days but I am pretty pleased with the gains/fat loss) but my weight is at a standstill, I'm not gaining any and I'm not really loosing any but I do find that I look a little better...what gives?

    I refuse to post pictures (I said myself I would wait until the 3 month mark which will be March 30th) but I can if you need to see what I'm talking about.
