How and How Often do ya'll measure your weight?

    I weight myself every day, right when I get out of the shower and dry off. Today I weighed in at 284 Nude (yes I'm a fatass, recovering fatass that is, and weighed 355 a year ago) and 289 in my work clothes.


    If i'm logging my weight on a bi-weekly basis, I should log my weight as clothed weight? I have been, and I', thinking about logging my nude weight, but that would throw my dailyburn.com profile off since all of my previous weigh-in are based on clothed weight.

    if you weigh yourself everyday don't let the minor ups and downs depress you


    your body will retain water and times and stuff and just know that


    when i was shedding all my weight i weighed myself every saturday morning buck naked with a boner and no other times throughout the week

    This is what I do, in theory, but unfortunately I end up weighing my self daily in the am naked after showering.

    I weigh my myself at the gym at the end of every workout. Just for the hell of it though, I don't really care what it says.

    every time I remember at the gym because my weight fluctuates so much I like to know when I should be eating more.

    every day.....

    but you shouldn't weigh yourself but once a week or every other week. better for you psychologically and you gives time to see if ur program is really working.

    but i'm weakminded and do it everyday.

    I jump on the scale almost every time I am near it just to see the fluctuations.
    The only time it matters is once a week.
    5am every Monday as soon as I get up, is what I do.

    Once every 1-2 weeks because I don't care how much my weight fluctuates based on taking dumps.

    monday evening - to see how much i've gained from eating/drinking
    saturday morning - to see how much i've lost from exercise

    it's a good week when it's even or weight loss occurs
