How am I supposed to eat 300g of protein a day???

    I'm working on my diet and I don't know how the hell im going to get 300g a day without some powder or somthing.

    So do i go buy one of them jugs of powder? what kind? any brand? help a noob out!


    I eat tuna but not enough to get anywhere near 300g :ugh:

    Also, I'll ask again. I've decided to give the max-ot workout routine. Im looking to incorporate a diet.

    What im looking @

    2200 cal

    300g protien

    yet to be determined carbs/fat

    I eat tuna/chicken in a can
    lean steaks
    chicken breasts

    carrots
    brockley
    corn
    peas
    baked beans
    potato
    salsa

    orange
    apple
    banana
    grape
    watermelon
    pear
    pineapple
    cantaloupe
    etc

    I drink an allload of water everyday!


    I have a jug of creatine/d-ribose and a muli vitamin to take. Would I be ok adding dymetadrine Xtreme that the max-ot guy suggests?

    I also enjoy sugarfree energy drinks, should I stop drinking them or no?

    :werd: thats what I'm thinking. So what should i do? couple of eggs like rocky and a souple of spoofulls of powder?

    since your cutting and won't be building any muscle (unless your a total newb to lifting), eating that much protein isn't really necessary, you'd be just fine eating around 0.8-1g/lb.

    protein shakes are a good way to help make up any shortcomings when trying to get get your daily protein requirements though.

    exactly I get over 350 a day easily over 6 meals.

    Hey, if i up my calories and stick to the max-ot im not going to get fat right?

    I'm not someone who wants to be skinny first, then add. Im comfortable with my weight and woulden't mind adding weight/mass so long as it's not fat.

    Yeah, shouldent be too hard, I was thinking about how my diet is now, opposed to a training diet.

    what is your goal, lose weight or gain muscle? keeping in mind you can't do both at the same time unless your a total newb to lifting or on drugs (which are bad m'kay).

    if its to gain muscle, which it sounds like, you need ALOT more calories (BWx16-17 is a rough estimate for intake to start and then adjust accordinly). You will gain some fat, but if you do it cleanly (minimize bad fats (trans and sat) and sugars) some people belive the amount of fat can be kept to a minimum.

    at the caloric level you have set, you will lose both fat and muscle (unless your a total newb like I mentioned earlier), but by doing weight training and some cardio (to help burn some extra calories), you can help minimize the amount of muscle you'd lose.

    Currently, I have a belly going, if i start taking in 3400 calories and stick to the max-ot and some cardio, is it going to get much bigger? I mean I'll be adding alot of muscle with the weight gain, so I shouldent look like a fat slob right?

    If i had to guess id say mid 20's. Ive been doing cardio and lifting for about 6 mo.


    also i was basing 300g by the fat loss sticky BWx1.5

    if you eat right, you won't gain very mcuh fat (search for clean bulk).

    posting a pic will definitely help us see where your at and give us a better idea of what you need to do

    whats ot's oppinion on the max-ot plan, should i look at some other options.

    what i would like to do:

    Get swoo/ look good nekkid

    the path i take is up to OT, if you guys say bulk up first, then ill do that. If ot says cut first then thats what ill do.
