School is about to start in 2 weeks and I was wondering how do you guys fit 6 meals in if you go to school at least 4 hours a day. I will be at school from 9 am-3pm and with that time, I can eat 3 meals. I don't think i can pack 3 meals everyday to school or have time to eat them. How do you guys do it?

just make stuff that you can throw down fairly easy. I usually will just make a box of hamburger helper with 1 lb of ground beef and munch on that throughout the day. Or something similiar, like chicken and pasta salad. Bring some shakes too, it's not that hard. Just gotta make the stuff ahead of time

Just eat right before you go to school and take something to snack on @ 12 and eat right after school. I work 8 hours a day and go to school for 2 and still get my 6 meals in

Bring a meal in a tupperware container, maybe a salad with some chicken, bring a shaker for your protein and find a water fountain. I always find a way.

it's far more important that you get your overall intake for the day correct than it is that you do it with 6 meals. If school means you have to divide it over 4 meals instead, it's perfectly fine to do that.

    Shouldn't be too hard..

Breakfast right before you leave for school, so say 8:30
Something for lunch at like 12:00
Eat right after school at like 3:30
    Again at around 6:30
And before bed (for me it would be like 9:00) have some cottage cheese and a handful of nuts :)

Edit: Yes I realize that's only 5. But still. It's eating every couple hours, which is the point.

You don't have to eat exactly six. As long as you're not eating just 2 meals a day, get your overall target calories in and don't sweat it.

:werd: I only eat 3-5 meals a day but even on those 3 meal days I get in 3500 cals. Don't worry about the number of meals, more about the overal intake.
