    unfortunately i don't have before and after

    pics aren't that great either, but seriously i took 20 and this was the best i could come up with

    what do you think?

    areas of improvement? (obviously abs)

    yeah...

    arms have always been easy for me, everything else is such a bitch and slow coming

    i probably could've done better with my cell phone... 6mp camera, i dont understand where i went wrong??

    I'm just too lazy to figure it out, i'll get better pics sometime... but for now, squats it is!
