    I'm thinking I needs more proteinz and less carbs?

    I'd like to hear your explanation of how a 47/31/22% split is low protein, low fat, or high carb.

    ....yeah, that was when i lived in gainesville, over 7 months ago, since i moved i got a trainer and have been (what you consider) "real training"

    Not until someone tells me why that's "Extremely low protein" given the guiding principles of 1.2-1.8g(MAX)/kg for athletes.
