that has me at about 2750 calories to cut a little bit, i would keel over and die. seems pretty low to me, but it doesn't really consider activity level outside of muscularity.
3265 for bulking. I do 4500-5K a day and barely gain any weight
apparently i only need 2307 to bulk.
doesnt look too accurate
3300 cals to gain weight i'm lucky if i don't loose weight with that many calories
2899 for bulking to 225.
It was pretty accurate for me. It said I needed around 3000 for maintenance which is a little high actually.
2516 will take me to 190. I'm around 2100 for maintaining 180 and seems right.
2822 for bulk to 195 from 185 @ 6'4"
26k to bulk...
is that what the calculator says or is that what you really need to bulk?
1030 will take me to 0 pounds.
Too high for me, by about 25%.
I maintain at 2100 and upped it to about 2300. Seeing little fat now so it's working.
2972 for 202 -> 220
Maybe if I never got out of bed.
To gain 10lbs or lose 10lbs the difference was only 200cals
mmm about 500cals off for me
says i need 2700 to stay at 210
i've been 210 for 2mo's and i'll drop a few lbs if I dont stay about 3200.
2446 calories for me to put on 10 lbs.
That's just slightly below maintenance for me.
calculators of this type are just ballpark. Everyone's metabolism/activity level is different which are the two main factors in achieving an energy equilibrium/surplus/ or deficit so obviously it will be dead-on for some and completely inaccurate for others...
