says I should have 2600 kcal a day...
not too far off. i put all out training tho. got 3200 cals.
i look at those calcs as useless. Everybodys body works different. Log your calories for two weeks then track your weight. Then you will know how much food to take in for your specific goals.
Word. According that calc I should be eating a minimum of 3k calories...so I should be losing weight at 2500. In reality, I didn't start dropping weight till I went down to 1800 calories / day. I'm pretty sure I have the shittiest metabolism in the world
