The blog I write is currently hosted on typepad, but is set up with a url that I bought. The typepad account is owned by a company, so that keeps me from being able to add customizations how I want. So I want to purchase hosting service, and move the contents along with the url I own so I have complete control.

My question is, are there any hosting services that will offer me push email from their hosting server that wont charge me 11ty billion a year? I would like to stay under $100 year.

Blog for reference: www.MikesCadBlog.com All I own is the url, I dont have any email service yet, but would set that up once I get hosting set up. I would also more than likely move to Wordpress.

Thanks for any input you can offer.

Thanks for the info everyone. Imap seems to be buggy sometimes on my iPhone, that was my only reason for wanting push. It seems like there is a delay with my gmail imap sometimes, whereas with the push, my phone signals me with a new email before my desktop does.
