Is there anyway to copy certain pieces of a HDD to a network location, especially FTP, if the Windows registry is corrupted?

Windows loads, but all of the passwords on the system are corrupt, even acct's that were blank PW's no longer log in.

Forgot to mention, it's Windows XP, so formatting is in NTFS, is there a Dos that can read/write NTFS?

If you can get a hold of a WinPE (Windows Pre-installaion Enviornment), you can probably do it. I use SuperUTL PE 2003 and it loads a Windows from CD and it allowed me to access my NTFS hard drive. It has network support and an FTP client so you can copy it all over the network.

you could just take the drive out and put in another computer in place of the cdrom and copy the data up to the network from the working machine
