    how legitimate is this guy? is he respected and well known or just another guy with a website?

    I've been thinking about trying something like this...

    Week 1:
    Day 1 - Chest and Hams
    Day 2 - Chest and Hams
    Day 3 - Back and Quads
    Day 4 - Shoulders and Hams
    Day 5 - Lats and Quads

    Week 2:
    Day 1 - Chest and Hams
    Day 2 - Back and Quads
    Day 3 - Back and Quads
    Day 4 - Shoulders and Hams
    Day 5 - Lats and Quads


    Week 3:
    Day 1 - Chest and Hams
    Day 2 - Back and Quads
    Day 3 - Shoulders and Hams
