I'm always looking for new shit to slather on chicken and I was just peering through the cabinets and figured why not take a stab at some honey mustard :dunno:

    1 part dijon mustard
1 part mayo (I used low fat)
    1+ a little part honey

that's it. It tastes pretty freakin' good. I saw some other variations online adding a little bit of rice wine or cider vinegar. I added a little rice wine (since I have some) and it didn't really modify the taste.

But it's really simple to make obviously. Just thought I'd share. I grilled the chicken on the forman and basted it on. :dunno:
