I am starting to bulk at the moment and nedd to take in as much calories as possible. I was thinking about making one of these shakes once a day.

    1 Litre of whole milk
    1 banana
    200 grams peanuts
    100 oats
    2 scoops of ON whey

When I work out the calories it came to 2100. What does OT think of this. Any input is appreciated.

taking in as much cals as possible isnt quite hard if you got time. but that could be something you can pack up on the to-go.

eat real foods or fast food if you dont mind dirty bulking. a nice big meal at a fast food joint like carls jr is 2200+ cals already. (burger, fries, onion rings, house dressing, soda)

I'd split it up into at least 2 shakes. I have tried 1500+ calorie shakes before, and I end up paying for it on the toilet

Add olive oil or flax seed oil...cut down the amount of milk also.

It's not bad but it is a lot more filling than a regular meal so it takes me like 20 minutes to finish.

I chug my twice-daily shake in under a minute:

    1 cup of powdered oats
    1 banana
    1 tblsp olive oil
    2 scoops protein
    20 oz of milk

I just buy regular rolled oats and toss them into the blender with the other ingredients.

why do youll eat so healthy is your trying to get bigger. Eat a big fucking steak and a baked potato with lots of butter and sour cream. Then have ice cream and pie. Jesus christs youll bitch about not gaining weight. I could gain 20 lbs in a week if I wanted too.

I personally don't like taking in so much saturated fat. I can still get tons of calories from oats, milk, and olive oil. And I'm gaining weight just fine.

Can steel cut oats be blended up like that, because my crappy blender can't seem to cut them down small and they go all lumpy in the shake:wtc:
