    I found this recipe

8 Scoops Whey (Vanilla is very good)
    3 Cups Oats
1 Package Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding (Any flavor is good)
    2 Cups Skim Milk

you put it in a pan in the fridge overnight then cut into 8
    3g fat
    28g carbs
    29g protein
    257 calories

Is the whey going still going to be the same assuming I eat one of these a day so that will be 8-9 days? I am wondering if the whey will breakdown or something or be absorbed differently.

I think he is worried about the heat breaking down the protein or something.

So something happens to it, not sure if it's bad or not because I don't know enough about the processes and the functions of those proteins.

Why are you calling everyone out :nono:

These bars taste delicious, I could eat them before letting them harden. Although one night in the fridge was not enough to harden I will try the freezer, but they taste so good so far. I used vanilla everything.

who says it has to be a "bar"

why not make a bag of tiny little balls or even clumps if you are having trouble with consistancy

    im gonna try this:
    In a mixing bowl combine...

1 cup blended oats (blend rolled oats until you have a powder)
    1 cup rolled oats
    2 tbl spoons flaxseed meal
3-4 tbl spoons of natty crunchy peanut butter
3 eggwhites and 1 whole egg
    1 banana
4-5 scoops of (vanilla) whey protein powder
    handful of almonds

Preheat the oven to 350, pour/scoop/push the mush into a glass pan (spray some no-stick spray first) and i like to sprinkle some steel cut oats on top just for aesthetics. Cook for 15-18 minutes....

    Enjoy...

Okay, so I made the first recipe.

Stuck them in the freezer over night, and tried one this morning.

The taste is around a 7 or 8/10. Good, but I've had better and even for something homemade I expected better.

Also, they are slimmy as shit but still in form. Definately going to trying something else next time around. Wouldn't mind making these again if they would harden and not be so messy.

I added a lil PB to mine.

I plan on finishing them, hard or not... but I will delve into the BB recipe thread next time around.
