Home work out- no equipment

    Can anyone recommend a week by week workout for no equipment at home, just got liscense confiscated and can't use college gym in summer

    so in the evening after 4 mile run at lunch? what to do?

    pushups, pullups and situps....

    or build a bunch of "strongman" impliments in your back yard and do that.

    Squats, get a fat friend to jump on your back.

    no gym for home, eh? you need a work out floor with 30 (at least)

    Buy a set of dumbells.

    is 30 like 20 if man lifts? Or half of 20 for 10?

    buy some kettlebells and two bricks (to stand on for leg stuff or balance)

    go to wallmart and buy a barbell and some weights and just do olympic lifts in your back yard.

    push ups pull ups and general military style pt can get you in the shape most people on these boards consider "ideal"
