i'm looking for some inexpensive bass for the home.. $200 or less, are the subwoofers/woofers (or whatever, i suck at the audio) at this range pretty much all the same?

or are there particular ones/brands i should be looking at? how good are those cambridge soundworks ones? i have an onkyo receiver now...

Well for 200 dollars, you really arent going to get a whole lot, but that sub looks decent I guess. It probably wont knock pictures off the walls or extend to subsonic frequncies, but it probably sounds decent. Another option would be building your own. If you have woodworking skills you could make a better sounding sub for 200 dollars.

i'd definitely recommend the adire audio shiva. IMO one of the best bang for the buck appliciations.
