home speaker mounting - help -

    where would you mount these speakers? there are three total for the front.

    You wont notice a difference. Theyre tiny.

    Make sure it's pointed at the listener...id say about a 30 degree angle.

    With satellites that small, placement isn't as dramatic. But, for good stereo seperation, I'd say go for mounting them towards the corners at about the same height they are at now. On another note, I'd do something to fill up that wall a little bit more, so it doesn't look so bare. That's why those satellites stand out like a sore thumb so much. Looks like you just moved in though.

    would you put the center channel over the TV or leave it under the TV where it is now?


    (i still need to buy a BUNCH of crap for the walls)

    as long as its generally ear level and pointed straight out towards the sweet spot shouldnt it not matter?

    I would try it in both locations while closing your eyes and having someone else change the position. People have them mounted both right below the TV and right above, and I think it is personal preference. Whatever sounds best to you is the right choice. However, I can say it will obviously require less work to have it below.

    Yeah, but I think it would look better to have it up higher. thats just me though.
