Brolys and Brolettes, My wife and I literally have no time to go to the gym. We are considering purchasing one piece of quality equipment to use to lose fat. At the moment, we are considering an elliptical. We are looking to spend ~$1300 on this piece of equipment. Would an elliptical trainer be the best thing we could do for a half hour or so a day to lose fat. We would later look into purchasing weights and such, but for the moment the goal is to lose weight first. I looked through the archives, and through about 10 pages in the main forum, and really didnt see as pointed a question as this for a home gym setup.
