home gym options?

    whats goin on guys, im movin out of my house (i just graduated college) and have to dump my free weight set cuz im moving into a single apartment in nyc that is going to be ultra small.

    I'm lookikng for some home gym thing alternative (like a Bowflex or the likes). Can anybody here stand by the bowflex or maybe the Total Gym?

    Just join a gym it will be worth it in the long run

    where in nyc are you? i'll reccomend you a gym.
    there's really no good way to do it in an apartment. thats why my gym is in my parents basement, haha.

    How about some adjustable dumbbells and a bench? Bench, row, squat, dead, curls, tricep extensions, weighted crunches... and maybe a pull-up bar?
