    Some days I wont have time to do abs at the gym. Besides crunches, are there any other ab exercises I can do at home?

    pillar bridges
    side bridges
    single and double leg lowering
    reverse crunches
    hip-ups

    i googled all of those exercise and found how to do them exept for hip ups and single and double leg lowering.

    do you do them with your knees on the floor?

    I do them between two benches with feet up

    so at the beginning of a rep, your feet are on the bench and your knees + elbows are on the floor?

    and then you flatten out?

    Yea you just hold it there for like 60secs and if you want some more pain throw on a 25lb plate or so

    I have a 10 minute workout video of Kim Kardashian doing exercises (she spends about 3-4 minutes on abdominals including the plank). :naughty:
