holy shit, under 200lbs been cutting for a month now

    this is the first time I've been under 200lbs in I don't even know how many years. In the last month I'm down 8lbs, 2 inches on my waist, and all my lifts have either stayed the same or gone up. I forgot how awesome it was to look in the mirror when you wake up in the morning and see new definition in your body. :bigthumb: I'd still rather be pounding 5,000cals a day though

    What did you weigh precut? It couldn't have been more than 215 right?

    I was about 213-214 oct of last year. I started eating clean and timing my foods properly, taking in about 5k calories on training days and 3500 on non training days, doing 30min low intensity cardio in the morning 4x a week, and I got down to 208 by early January... but my strength had exploded. The past month I changed up my diet to strictly drop body fat as fast as possibly while trying to maintain muscle mass, and I'm down to ~200lbs now, but a solid 2" off my waist and increased definition all over my body.
