    well, ive always taken creatine preworkout, but ive recently started taking my full dose of purcee before my 5:30 am workout (the old college players trying to relive their glory days go up to the ymca at 5:30 am and play serious hardcore ball for 3 hours)

    anyway, holy fucking shit i can notice a 300% difference, recovery time is nonexistant, i dont get tired.. in games to 7 i scored 5,5,4,6 points... fucking destroyed these kids.. anyone who plays a sport, experiment with creatine dosage before practice.. i wish i would have found out about this shit back in high school :wtc:

    animal pak is an extremely overpriced multivitamin, a poorly formulated one at that. basically, the same lame ass formula that they were using 15 years ago. Not sure who produces it, but the same multi-tablet pak formula is sold under several different brands.

    there are a lot better multivitamin choices out there.

    it in no way compares to ANY creatine product nor is there any basis by which one could make such a comparison.

    i took some before a bike ride last week... not too good of an idea

    i heard it's supposed to help with active recovery, but i guess i just didn't drink enough water, cause i cramped up like a motherfucker...

    I've found that creatine seems like it helps me if I take it ~4 hours prior to the workout. If I take it any closer to the workout than that I feel dehydrated and shitty.

    that would be rather unpleasant. cheque drops are "super" progestins, not the best for mental health. if you think tren makes you aggressive... its a whole other level of evil PMS type psychosis.
