    Can you believe this shit? I'm still alive. Been working a lot and not working out as much. I've been partaking in too much late night fast food but have been trying to cut that down :)

    It was still fun to jump on the scale this morning and tap it a few times, wondering if it was working right. Yep! :big grin:

    I'm not planning on losing too much more... just gaining more muscle and trimming a bit of the fat away.

    seriously, I've been working full time at night and Mom-ing full time in the daytime. I've been so tired and busy, I have barely logged on to my computer.

    I stalled for quite some time, I was working 65+ hours a week, then eating and crashing... didn't lose much but didn't really gain either. Although I think I lost some muscle in there somewhere :hsd:

    well, I started off with phase 1 of the South Beach diet just to kick things off. Basically just a low carb diet. after that 2 weeks, i started trying to eat sensibly and work out 3 times a week. That stuff is all logged in my fitness log.
    In late May, I started work and everything went crazy. I've continued trying to eat sensibly but have a hard time with it since "lunch" for me is at 3 am. Can't just run to Subway and grab something healthy. I'm getting better about brown bagging tho.

    Feel free to check out my fitness log, it would explain a lot of what I did to shake most of the weight off.

    Yeah the good thing about not wanting to carry that much more than baseline lbm is that you can miss quite a long time at the gym but as long as you maintain your diet youll be fine :cool:

    I'm just happy that between the weight loss and my personal training sessions, my hip is SOOO much happier. I've been able to do more and feel better than ever since my surgery. :bigthumb:

    I agree. it shows so much more than that in person. I sat down today and noticed that my thighs weren't touching, i freaked :o
