(earlier today did chest, tris, shoulders)

so i'm taking a nap after my workout, i get up and then use my right arm to push myself out of bed. immediately i get an extremeley intense cramp in my right tricep causing me to fall back down but then i extend my left arm to brace myself, and boom a cramp as painful in my left tricep. so i'm laying in my bed with both arms straight out, with all my muscle fibers throbbing and twitching. ive never had a cramp this bad in any part of my body. so i ended up laying in my bed for about 10 mins unable to do jack shit. i seriously thought i was going to tear off both of my triceps because i could feel the fibers pulling away from the origin. it was intense, then i thought, why the fuck can't my triceps generate this much force when im maxing out?

in any case, after the cramps subsided i was able to stretch them out. pretty scary experience :noes:

You guys need some bloodwork drawn to check your serum potassium levels.

Had that happen to me once. My leg seriously hurt for 2 days. That was one of the worst feelings ever and having to explain why I'm lying in bed writhing in pain to my girlfriend wasn't fun either.

I get cramps almost too often. If working out abs...those get pretty bad. Chest and calved being the most frequent though I've had ones in the arms as well.

I get ab cramps myself, those are fucking pain.

Hamstring cramps are also pretty common to me

not nearly as baffling as why you'd tell him to take taurine for a tricep cramp

If he's experiencing cramps taurine helps, or did you not google that one?

I'm not talking about clen here. tarurine helps with cramps for thoes not using drugs as well.

doesnt clen deplete taurine levels in the liver, thereby reducing the effect of clen?

Ive had really bad hamstring cramps when I used to swim. Theres nothing like getting that horrible helpless feeling in the middle of a 12 ft deep pool.

    It's fun.

Side note: Has anyone gotten a neck cramp? Like in the front?
