The fact that he still manages to look good despite his small ribcage and large hips gives me hope
lol i remember him. not trying to start anything, but just out of curiosity, in a bodybuilding competition, would he get points off because of his deltoids being unproportional to the rest of his body, or does it look about right? could be the angle/pic, and once again, not trying to hate on the guy at all, but i'm talking here in terms of bodybuilding.
Delts look fine to me.
hm, they looked a bit unproportional to his chest. i mean yea they do look fine but i'm trying to figure out how the whole symmetry/proportion works in contests
edit: actually no, this is where i get confused. i always seem to think that the delts should be huge and be bigger than your traps...in this pic, it almost looks like his traps are standing out more than his delts
edit2: or maybe not, damn it i might just be going crazy, he does look normal and fucking jacked, maybe it's because of all the ronnie coleman/jay cutler pics and all those other gigantic bodybuilders

I eat 1500 during the week but more during the weekends. If you get headaches take some tylenol
uh 1500 wow thast really low, i probably eat around 4 to 5000 daily not even trying
not very but trying to get there, and like I said I eat more on the weekends and drink as well.
get your lats bigger and the hourglass shape will go away
