I'm looking for a hip or thigh rig for my XD-40 Tactical 5" WITH a mounted Surefire X200a weaponslight. I've been out of the gun accessory and parts website loop for awhile, anyone got some links?

I just got a blackhawk Omega thigh model from their closeout list that works with my XD45 with a TLR-1. only 35 bucks. I got the one for a Glock 21 and it fits the XD.

Bladetech makes some nice injection molded holsters that will work with your mounted light. They are a bit more expensive than the blackhawk but you can get them in either IWB or with a paddle.

I really like the Safariland 6004 or Raptor thigh models but I'm only using mine for carrying at the range, not breaking down doors and doing a SWAT raid. If I get another one though, it will be a 6004.

Any idea how size-specific the holsters are? They only have the XD40 5" with an M3/M6 light listed in their gun combos. The X200 isn't big or anything, but I don't know what the difference in shape would be. I guess I'll shoot 'em an email. Thanks for the tip.

Im going with blade techs for my glock + surefire + meprolight night sights. Due to the taller front blade of the sight I've been told bladetechs are usually the best ones that fit these sights. My USP CS was the same way, unless I want a thigh holster which I dont.

I think the Insights are a bit wider and about the same length, but I'm not positive. Sorry though, I could have sworn they had one for the XD/X200.
