    Hollow point.

    Search for Speer Gold Dot.

buth are hollow points the hydra shok has a post in the center is the only difference, have you tried a few different brands in your gun? some guns shoot different bullets better than others, gold dots hydra shoks, tap, talons thirs alot of good choices out there.

HydrA Shock is a Federal brand line of hollow point ammo.

It is distinctive only in that it has a post in the middle of the cavity to promote expansion.

Hydra shock is old and busted. Gold Dot and others are teh new hotness. Click on the link in the quote and look at the expansion of Ranger T bullets.

Federal HST 9mm +P for me. Just about any modern hollow points will do though.

But they are obsolete. Federal redesigned the bullet due to inconsistent expansion of the Hydra-Shok.

Without minimizing the hard earned education gleaned from that event, the thing that cannot be overlooked, that had the absolute most to do with the failure of the FBI agents to stop the suspects quickly was the MINDSET of the suspects and their training to drive on a fight.

Which is funny because they don't expand reliably hence they aren't on Doc's list.

The speer are great but you don't have to go broke. The Ranger-T and speer are pretty much considered the top 2 of the pack and you can get 50 Ranger-T for the price of 20 Gold Dots.
