I'm currently sitting at like 200 lbs (I'm 5'11 or 6'0 now, don't remember) at 11.2% BF I want to cut down to like 190 or so at something like 8-9%... The reason I'm gonna cut is because I'm very insecure about my midsection, which is fucking over my look because my chest isn't HUGE yet, so it's kinda making my upper body look wussy. Plan is going to be fairly simple...2200 or so cals a day (down from 2700 - roughly) while maintaining 200+g protein/~150g carb/~80g fat in the diet. I'll include something like 20 minutes of light-medium cardio after every workout session but not on off days, because I'm going to stick with the OVT (german volume training shit) routine I've been doing (basically 5x5, durr). Should I change my routine and is my diet okay?
