    I could not eat that amount of calories to support working out twice in a day. Weight recently stopped going up, had to cut cardio completely out of my workout(cardio freak :hs:) and upped calories to 4k a day(yes I count fuckers, weigh portions/go by labels). Very slowly starting to go up again... FUCK THIS GAME

    on friday i went heavy Chest tris then did shoulders/bi's in the night time before going out.


    Both heavy felt great but the next day was more sore then usual. Used the time to catch up cause of missing gymdays due to exams

    hell you could go hard shoulders/bi's if you really wanted to as long as you felt good about it.

    I decided to combine my leg and chest days since I missed leg day yesterday.

    3 sets of front squats supersetted with 4 sets of incline bench
    3 sets of calves supersetted with 3 sets of leg extensions
    3 sets of flat bench supersetted with 3 sets of leg press
    3 sets of flys
    3 sets of calves supersetted with 3 sets of ham curls
    2 sets of weighted dips supersetted with walking DB lunges

    I hurt.

    Tomorrow I'm doing volume legs in the morning, and then volume tri's at night. Usually do biceps and tri's together but dropped all biceps for the last week or so because of joints.

    ive been thinking about this cause i go to the gym when a lil after i wake up around 4:30 pm (work overnights) and half the times i feel like i could use some extra when i get off at 7am cause my works right across the street from my gym and i keep thinking about it when i get off just don't know whether or not i will be wired and not be able to sleep cause im fat now but i think with another 6-8 months i could be good again

    Did this for a few months a couple years ago when school was easy and wasn't get much hours at work. It's fine if you eat well and sleep enough. Then school started getting harder and sleep was sacrificed and I couldn't keep it up.

    Since you're unemployed, I say why not. Train twice a day, but try to get at least 9 hour of sleep... Or even better, 8 hours and an hour nap in the middle of the day between workouts.
