hmmm help with scheduling

    my niggas,

    i have written functionality for itrainharder that allows you to schedule training plans for certain days

    but, i just realized, that not everyone works a 7 day split

    would something more flexable work, such like you work a 4 day split, then the 5th day you start the 1th day again, you can "adjust" how your splits work

    i don't know if it is worth the effort to do, i figure most people tend to stick to "i do legs monday, chest tuesday" ect



    it is fucking cool though, it will fill out your workouts for the day then email your workout plan to you :o

    oh and you can get it on your cell now too, lolz

    this software is turning into a beast, it is almost getting unmanageable :o


    but cool shit coming out:

    - Improved WAP access
    - Groups
    - Tagging Plans (exercises and nutrition) so you can search others plans on tags
    - Scheduling shit
    - Auto-emailer to send you workout and meal plans for the day
    - RSS feeds
    - Text/BBCode/CSV/PDF/Excel exports
    - Reports
    - Other shit i can't remember
