    with nitrous I would stay away from 4.10's

    The intake still needs to be polished, it was opened up 1/4" on the runners to match the port and polish on the heads. The heads are also getting larger diameter springs to survive 7000rpm floggings.

    The whole motor is built to run with 4.10's. Powerband = 2500-7500 (Broad...)

    With the 4.10's, i'll stall it up to 2300-2500 and launch it.

    But i've already ordered the welds and tires, heads and intake are getting worked friday of this week. I'm running 1964 Casting heads. No aluminum or fancy stuff for me, i'm just going to prove that you can easily do 11's on modified 41 year old heads.

    3.42's.

    Stock 70 442 Rear 'O' Type. 12 Bolt Rear cover, 10 bolts on the ring gear, non c-clip axles (stock bolt in from the tubes, hooray! No axles to throw!).
