I saw no results personally
no gym benefits but when i used to pount alot of protein shakes I used to shit powder and hmb made it stop somehow.

i went overboard in college when i was working and starting drinking this cocktail:
myoplex deluxe mrp (42g) + two scoops of designer whey (2xlike 17g) and the milk was filled to the top of the blender.
had this three times a day for a couple weeks.
i shat powder
wtf...i used that shit when i was 17 and it was crap then and crap now.
