All the Asians and Pakis will be camping their families out to horde them, too. Prepare for violence.

At Best Buy last year this huge Paki family all ran in and grabbed one of the one-item-per-customer items (DVD players, HDs, video cards) and ran to a corner of the store and basically barricaded themselves in until they could get in line and buy everything

There were some PISSED OFF people in the store.

my GF is looking for a LCD TV for her bedroom. Nothing too large, just a 20" or so or less. Is that Magnavox a decent one?

Cost price of the 50px50u is $2850. I dont have the others on hand but they are still making a good amount of cash on these "extreme sales".

True, usually the audio processing is shit on a TV anyway but it makes it easier if your receiver doesn't have inputs to support consoles and TV ... Which is also why the 2 inputs bothers me ... Digital cable = 1 component input, PS3 = 1 HDMI, XBox 360 = another component and possibly hdmi down the road, DVD player = HDMI 2 ... Are there companies that manufacture switches for input devices? :o

the hitachi is 1024X 1024 because it uses rectangular pixels from its alias tehnology... greatly reduces SDE

Is that a good or bad thing?

EDIT: Nevermind. I'm thinking something else. It is better than the conventional 1024x768 ! :eek5:
